Appartments for Taylor Woodrow
Working in conjunction with Nicol Thomas Ltd, Mobius Studio produced designs for, and oversaw the development and building of, seventy-eight two to three bedroom luxury apartments for developers Taylor Woodrow. The £13m scheme is set on Church Hill Road, close to the new Touchwood centre in Solihull, Birmingham.
The units range in value from £375,000 to £450,000 and feature secure underground car parking facilities and landscaped gardens. As well as consolidating the designs, Mobius’ Jason Dodd has had full site involvement with the project, coordinating the sub-contractors, landscapers and ensuring the project ran smoothly.
The Church Hill Road development has certainly been challenging; development has lasted for many years due to the exceptionally high standards required by the local planning office. However, the experience has ultimately been very rewarding, for ourselves and for our clients.
