Apartments on the Golden Arrow Public House site
Located on the edge of the main centre, the site is close to shops, community facilities and transport links, which stretch out in linear fashion from the central area. The existing site comprised of one property, namely a public house, which is set within an extensive tarmac car park.
The proposal was to provide a total of 53no high quality dwellings for Taylor Woodrow, comprising of 6no one bed and 47no two bed apartments. Mobius Studio undertook the complete package from enhancing the existing planning layouts, a package of working drawings, to full site supervision.
