JQ1, George Street
This landmark tower, JQ1, based on the corner of Newhall Street and George Street near St Paul’s Square, Birmingham, is the first project of Chord Developments who searched for a consultancy to bring their aspirations to life.
This 5 storey Residential and commercial project was taken up by Mobius Studio Limited and in addition to producing final design and working drawings, Mobius were happy to provide a high level of site supervision.
Constructed in marble, brick, glass and stainless steel, this 43 Unit apartment scheme boasts a two-storey penthouse, a rooftop patio available for use by all residents and 6,000 sq ft of commercial space.
