Cala Homes, Four Oaks
Mobius Studio Limited was commissioned to undertake a ‘full working drawings package’ on this exclusive development for Cala Homes. Set in the highly sought-after area of Four Oaks, The Mansions boasts a gated entrance, lifts to all floors and a superb specification, designed to reflect the architectural style of the local area.
This development of just 15 luxury apartments is set within two separate buildings, and varies in size from 1000 sq ft to 1450 sq ft in size and consists of two and three bedroom units. Prices for an apartment at The Mansions, Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield start from approximately £350,000 and range to £500,000.
