The site at Dudley Road sloped dramatically, nearly 4m from front to back of the site, and therefore the best course of action was to break  the plot into a series of terraces which would reduce the amount of soil removed.

25 units were best arranged to maximise the site which comprised of a small apartment block and 2 bed houses
