Mobius were commissioned to design a new head quarter office, to house an expanding quantity surveying company in Northwich. The new building was designed to sit on stilts to allow parking underneath and to maximise the views across the river to the main town.
The frontage had been designed to look single storey but as the bank falls away it reveals a generous double height floorplate. Large windows have been added to maximise the light together with balcony areas for scenic breaks.
Inside, a fresh modern palate makes for a comfortable working environment with open plan spaces , break out areas , conference booths and chill out zones.
