Office refurbishment of a Grade II listed building and new curtain walling. Refurbishment of existing floor plates to CAT 2 standards and to a high ‘ Mayfair feel’ standard.

Mobius were commissioned to take this tired office block in the heart of Birmingham city centre and  bring it into a modern commercial building.
