Located near Solihull and Shirley in Birmingham, this project is a 78 apartment development located near the historical Monkspath Hall. The buildings had to retain the character of the Hall (which was also converted into apartments) as well as add a contemporary touch to the area with its architectural planting and exciting use of materials and design.

Mobius’ Jason Dodd produced a number of designs and drawings for this scheme, and had an important involvement on-site during planning and construction.
