This landmark tower, JQ1, based on the corner of George Street and Newhall Street near St Paul’s Square, Birmingham, is the first project of Chord Developments who searched for a consultancy to bring their aspirations to life.

This 5 storey Residential and commercial project was taken up by Mobius Studio Limited and in addition to producing final design and working drawings, Mobius were happy to provide a high level of site supervision.

Constructed in marble, brick, glass and stainless steel, this 43 Unit apartment scheme boasts a two storey penthouse, a rooftop patio available for use by all residents and 6,000 sq ft of commercial space.
